The property is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and so there is no through traffic. It's a very quiet street and the neighbours a friendly and respectful, so if you're planning a more lively stay, this may not be the right property for you.

Kirktall is close by, and the local Morrisons is about a 5-minute drive or a 10 - 15-minute walk away. There are also a number of pubs and places to eat in Kirkstall. We provide guests with a digital guide with lots of suggestions.

There is a park close by, which is also next to the canal and makes for a nice place to walk.

The easiest way to get around is by car. There is space for one car or a medium-sized van on the street outside the house, but if you have more than one vehicle you can also park at St Catherine's Mill on the next street over for free.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road and we are also only a short distance from the M62 and the city ring road.
