A spacious 4 bedroom flat only 5 minutes from St James and the city centre. Ideal for large groups travelling for work or pleasure and who want to be close to the city centre.

The flat itself is located on the 1st floor with one set of stairs leading up to the main living area. These stairs are quite wide and easily accessible. Once inside you will find a large living / dining area with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. The dining table will seat up to 6 people.

There are 4 individual bedrooms and one of them has a lockable door to the adjoining bedroom making it ideal for families if required. There are two bathrooms, one with an over the bath shower and one with no bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and basic cooking items such as salt, pepper and oil are provided. We also provide tea, coffee and sugar for guests.

A bath towel for each guest and fresh bed linen is provided at the start of every stay along with a hand towel and bath mat in each bathroom.
